A. INFORMAL REVIEW 1. Intermountain Produce - (Skelton) Intersection of Orville Way and Simmental Way, South of Gibson Guitar - A preliminary review of a minor site plan for the construction of a warehouse. Senior Planner Dave Skelton presented the project. The applicant is requesting no variances or deviations. Mr. Coffey stated that the proposed roof is 6/12, the finish on the front (office) of the building will be drivit, the roof of sky blue metal, and metal siding on the warehouse. Chairperson Chisholm inquired about the change in finishing materials. Mr. Coffey stated that cost was the driving factor. Mr. Gleye inquired about the proposed windows. Mr. Coffey stated that there is only the "look" of windows in the warehouse. It is really recessed panels of drivit set into the siding. Mr. Horton further explained the changes. He stated that they may leave the warehouse as a warehouse and accentuate the office part of the building. Chairperson Chisholm inquired about the windows in the office. He suggested that if smooth siding is used then leave the roof brackets and add eaves troughs to break up the size of the building. Mr. Cruwys confirmed the idea of smooth panel siding. Discussion continued on the siding, window treatments, finishing materials, and colors.
