A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN,MONTANA ESTABLISHING THE MONTHLY PARKING RATES
FOR LEASED PARKING IN THE BRIDGER PARK DOWNTOWN GARAGE
AND THE PUBLIC SURFACE PARKING LOTS BEGINNING JANUARY 1,2015
AND CONTINUING UNTIL REVISED BY THE PARKING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS,pursuant to city Resolution 3803,the Bozeman Parking Commission has
jurisdiction over three parking districts: the downtown B-3 Zoning District, the Montana State
University Residential Parking District, and the Bozeman High School Residential Parking
District;
WHEREAS, Sect. 7-14-4501(3), MCA, authorizes the Bozeman Parking Commission, to
charge for use of parking facilities;
WHEREAS, Sect. 7-14-4622(6), MCA, authorizes the Bozeman Parking Commission to
acquire, construct, rent, lease,maintain,and repair real and personal property used for parking
services;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that:
l. The Parking Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana hereby sets the monthly
parking rates for Bridger Park effective January 1,2015 at fifty ($50.00) dollars per
month for general parking and at sixty ($60.00) dollars per month for basement level
parking.
2. The Parking Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana hereby sets the monthly
parking rates for all public surface parking lots effective January 1, 2015 at forty
($40.00) dollars per month for general parking.
3. The Parking Commission will review, and may revise,the monthly rates for leasing
space in Bridger Park on an annual basis.

4. The established rate shall be subject to any discounts available at the time, but shall
not be combinable with any other discounts, unless approved in writing by the
Parking Manager.
5. The City and Parking Commission shall manage and account for revenues and
expenditures of the Bridger Park separate and distinct from other City and Parking
Commission facilities and programs.
6. The Parking Manager is authorized to enter into agreements for the lease of parking
spaces within the Bridger Park and the four public surface parking lots subject to the
provisions of this Resolution.
PASSED and adopted by the Parking Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, on
first reading at a session held on the 12th day of November, 2014.
