PUBLIC STREET EASEMENT
WALLACE GARY BUTCHER and DOROTHY M. BUTCHER, Grantors, in considerationof$I.00
and for other valuable considerations, receipt of which is acknowledged, grants to THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, a municipal corporation of the State of Montana, with offices at 411 East Main,
Bozeman, Montana 59715, its successors and assigns, a perpetual street and utility easement for the
use of the public, in, through, and across a strip ofland situated in Gallatin County, Montana, 32.5
feet wide to be located on the following describe real property:
TRACT 2. C.O.S. 2276. GALLATIN COUNTY. MONTANA
The easement is more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A" which by this
reference is made part thereof.
The GRANTORS state that they possess the real property described above and that they have
a lawful right to grant an easement thereon.
The GRANTORS further agree that GRANTEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the rights and
privileges granted without any interruption by the GRANTORS.
The tenns, covenants, and provisions of this easement shall extend to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties
hereto.

STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENT
IN TRACT 2 OF CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY NO. 2276
LOCATED IN THE S 1/2. NW 1/4 OF SECTION 11. T2S. R5E. P,M.M.
GALLATIN COUNTY. MONTANA
Description:
A 32.50' wide street and utility easement over, under and across
Tract 2 of Certicate of Survey No. 2276, the southerly line of said
easement being described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Tract 2; thence North
89'20'13" East. along the south line of said tract. a distance of
136.96 feet to the southeast corner of Tract 2. the south line of
the easement there terminating.
The northerly line of said easement to be prolonged or shortened to
terminate on the east and west lines of Tract 2.
The herein described easement is shown by the hatched area on
the drawing below and contains 4451 square feet, more or less.
