A Council Resolution levying a special assessment of taxes upon all property in Special Improvement District No. 86 in the City of Bozeman, Montana, to defray the cost and expenee of the maintenance of the impDovements install- under and by virtue of the Resolution oreatingsaid District, year ln8. Resolution No. 61~ being the Resolution of Intention to create special hereby referred t.oand made a. part hereof for respeot to the boundaries of said district, the - estimated cost of said improvements and the method of assessing the same against the property within said distriot and the character of the impro.ve- ments. Whereas, said improvements ascontemp1ated in said Resolution No. 619 were established and installed and whereas, the cost for the maintenanqe of the same for the year 1918, is estimated at the sum of $45.93. THEREFORE BE IT REOO LVED BY TIlli CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA: Section 1- That to defray the cost and expense of maintaining said improvements in said Special Improvement lJistriot No. 86 for the year 1918, there be and there is hereby levied and assessed, a tax upon all the property in said Speoial Improvement District No. 86, amounting to the swm of $45.93; that a descript1onof each lot or parcel of lam wtth the name of the owner and the sum assessed against him for such maintenmce for the year 1918, is as is shown in the assessment list hereto attached, marked "Exhibit Anand made a part hereof; that the several sums set oPPosite the names of the owners and described lots and pa,rce1s of land be, and the same are hereby respectively levied and assessed upon and against said described lots and paroels of land t o defray the cost and expense 0 f the maintenance of said improvements for the year 1918; and that the several S1lII!6 so aasessed be oollected from the respeotive owners of said lots or paroels of land de.,. scribed in said assessment list as required by law; that the payment of said sums shall be made between the first;Monday of November 1918, in the manner and in accordanoewith' collect! on of speoia 1 Improvement taxes ; failure to makesai d persClD.s and percels 0 f land by law, relative <ito. lielinqllenttaxes.
