I voted no on the bond because it was accompanied by a second bond to operate.Isn't that admitting that it's less efficient for the city and county to maintainseparate buildings? Why can't the two government's work together and share abuilding and maintenance cost? My taxes went up $100 this year as is was. Themoney tree is bare.
