SUBJECT: Recommendations to the Commission for the Impact Fee Capital
Improvement Plan (CIP) Schedules for Fiscal Years 2016-2020

Once again, Impact Fee Advisory Board needs to make recommendations on the Capital
Improvement Plan for the upcoming budgeted expenditure of Impact Fee money for:
1. Fire Impact Fees
2. Water Impact Fees
3. Wastewater Impact Fees
4. Street Impact Fees
In updating the schedules, we have the opportunity to remove items that have been completed
or are no longer needed, adjust project costs estimates, and add projects that are needed. We
drop the current fiscal year (FY15) from the plan and extend the plan by a year, to encompass
FY20.
This year, the Public Works Director Craig Woolard will be presenting the recommended
schedules for Water, Wastewater and Street Impact fees. Over the past months, his offices
have done a large amount of work gathering information about our system expansion.
The City Commission met on November 17 for a Policy Discussion regarding Transportation
Issues. While those minutes are not yet available, the packet of discussion information can be

Please review the plans and bring your suggestions to the meeting. I will have an electronic
copy that can be used to accumulate our suggestions for the Commission.
