Plat SP/COA P14027 (Rogers/Murray)   Southwest of the intersection of Caspian Ave and Lolo Way  A Preliminary Plat Application to allow the amendment from 12 single-household lots to 10 lots and remove the Restricted Size Lot designations.    3. Zakovi Non-Conforming Use CUP Z14346 (Rogers/Murray)   417 North Plum Avenue  A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow the expansion of non-conforming uses and various site modifications on a property within the R-2 District.    4. Traditions Ph 2 and 3 Preliminary Plat Application P14042 (Rogers/Murray)   3833 Durston Road  A Preliminary Plat Application for the proposed subdivision of 21.38 acres into 22 Single-household lots, 6 multi-household lots, and parklands and open space with related site improvements.    5. The Villas GPA Application P14051 (Sutton/Heaston)   Manley Road  A Growth Policy Amendment Application from Parks Recreation & Open Space to Residential on 6.49 acres.     ITEM 4. ONE WEEK REVIEW  5. Lewis and Clark Self-Storage Facility Site Plan Concurrent Construction Request Application Z14329 (Davis/Heaston)   2312 Simmental Way  Applicant is requesting concurrent construction to obtain building permits prior to the completion of the improvements along Simmental Way including: curb and gutter, asphalt, and sidewalk as required by the Lewis and Clark Preliminary Site Plan Application Z14329.
