The Grantee and the Department mutually agree to amend Contract#STMGF-60-MP- 013 (the Contract), signed and executed by them on November 16, 2009 as follows: 1. Exhibit A Project Budget— Amended. The ADA Pedestrian Ramp Improvement Project came in well under budget after two attempts to solicit bids. We are pleased that we were able to complete more ADA pedestrian ramps than initially planned, but we still have$16,767.09 remaining in the budget. In addition, we did not spend $370 from the Bogert Park Tennis/Basketball Court budget. We wish to apply the surplus balance of$17,137.23 towards the Bogert Park Sidewalk Replacement ($2,372.47) and the City Vehicle Maintenance Shop ($14,764:76).
