Final Week Review - Bridger Greens MaSP Z-95101
Planner Skelton stated that the committee needs to make a
recommendation which will go to the Planning
Board

He noted that the project will probably

Planner Skelton stated that the Planning Office has 11 conditions
for the proposed project. He stated that condition #2 is
consistent with the Bridger Creek Condo/Carkeek project where 4 '
wide curb sidewalks are required on the outside edge of the
private street. He noted that condition #5the may

Planner Skelton stated that condition #6 requires that the drive

Planner Skelton noted that John Paysek' s conditions are typical
for engineering. John Paysek stated that they are very similar
to Carkeek and pointed out that #4 requires a site grading plan
be prepared in order for engineering to know how the plan will be
developed.

standard.
