Planner Skelton stated that the Planning Office has 11 conditions for the proposed project. He stated that condition #2 is consistent with the Bridger Creek Condo/Carkeek project where 4 ' wide curb sidewalks are required on the outside edge of the private street. He noted that condition #5the may iaffect tlooped phasing of the project as it requires private street be installed and completed, wit cu b and drank sidewalk, prior to any building permits being Cikan stated that Ken LeClair, the developer, is thinking of paving the whole loop anyway. Planner Skelton stated that condition #6 requires that the drive access onto Boylan Drive will not exceed a maximum width of 35 ' . Planner Skelton noted that John Paysek' s conditions are typical for engineering. John Paysek stated that they are very similar to Carkeek and pointed out that #4 requires a site grading plan be prepared in order for engineering to know how the plan will be developed. Fred Shields stated that the conditions from his office are standard.
