A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION FINALLY PASSING Alm ADOPTING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 50, ENTITLED 11 A RESOLUTION OF 'l'HE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN LEVYING AND AS$E$SING.SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE INSTALLA1'ION OF SIDE-
WALKS AND CURBS DURING THE SEASON OF 1923".
WHEREAS,
the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
did on the 8th day
of November, 1923, at a regular session thereof,
provisionally pass Commission
Resolution No. 30,
entitled I'A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman levying and assessing special assessments for the installation of side-
walks and curbs during the season of 1923";
WHEREAS,
said Commission Resolution No. 30 was duly signed by
the Mayor
and the Clerk of the Commission of said City,
and was filed in the office of the
Clerk of the Commissionofsa,id City on the 8th day of November, 1923,
and ever
since has been on file in said office subject to and for the' inspection of all
persons interest ad; and
WHEREAS, Thursday,
the 15th day of November, 1923,
at four 0 'clock P.M.,
at a regular session of said City Commission, to be held at the Commission Cham~
ber,
Ci ty Hall,
said City, wasd.esignated in said Resolution as the time and place
of hearing objections to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution;
and
WHEREAS,
the Clerk of the COmmission has given notice of the 'filing
of
said Re.so.;Lut.,ion..andthe.:,.:f:.1U!:l:!. pa.ssliLge and adoption thereof by publioation and

Ci ty, at least .five (5) >days D.e'fore the day set for hear.ing any and all Objections
to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution;
and
WHEREAS,
the matter of said final passage and adoption of said
Resolu-
tion,
coming on regularly to be heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice,
this 15th day of November, 1923,
at a regular session of said City Commission,
proof being made of the pUblication of said Notice as required by law and as
ordered by said Resolution, and no objections having been made or filed to the
final passage and adoption of said Resolution and the levying of the assessment
therein provided;
NOW,~1lU1JREFORE,
BE 11' RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
