Staff; Kay Jillette 548-1068 called to say she is upset that the time and temperature signfrom the American Federal Bank building was removed. The neighbors across thestreet from the bank are mostly elderly and used that sign for information to decidewhether they could leave their residences. 37 of the residents asked for this to bechanged back.
