Board of Ethics Agenda February 10, 2010 at 6 p.m.
A. Call meeting to order - 6 p.m. - City Commission Room, City Hall, 121 North Rouse
B. Public Comment - Please state
your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman Board of Ethics.
There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
C. Approval of minutes from
October 28, 2009, November 18, 2009 and December 10, 2009.
D. Disclosure of information or comments received.
E. Discussion and/or decisions regarding draft of the ethics handbook.
Report
from Paul LaChapelle and Melissa Frost.
F. Discussion and/or decisions regarding ethics web-page on city web-site.
Report from Stephen Schultz.
G. Discuss revisions to sections 7, 8
and 9 from Ordinance 1775 per Commission direction.
H. New Business
I. Discuss future agenda topics.
Confirm next meeting date of Wednesday, February 24, 2010.
