Board of Ethics Agenda November 18, 2009 6 p.m.
A. Call meeting to order - 6 p.m. - City Commission Room, City Hall, 121 North Rouse
B. Public Comment - Please state
your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman Board of Ethics.
There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.

October 14, 2009
D. Disclosure of Information or Comments Received
E. Adoption of Ordinance 1775: An Ordinance of the City Commission amending Chapter 2.01, BMC (Code of Ethics)
to include provisions related to improper governmental action and others.
F. Consider approval of proposal from Paul Lachapelle from the MSU Extension Local Government Center in the
amount of $1,250. for research and writing assistance with the ethics handbook.
G. New Business
H. Discuss future agenda topics
