WHEREAS, The City Commis
sion of the City of Bozeman, did on the 3d day of
september, 1925, at a regular session thereof,
duly pass Corrnnission Resolution No.
57, entitled:

Said Commission Hesolution No.
57 was duly signed by the Mayer
and
the Clerk .of theCerrnnission .of said City and was filed in the office of the
Clerk of the Corrnnission of said City on the 3d day .of September, 1925,

since has been on file in said office subject te and for the inspectian of all per-

at a regular session of said City Cammission,
ta he held at the Commission Chamher,
City Hall, said City, was designated in said Resaluti.on as the time and place .of
hearing o11j ections to the final passage and adaption of said Resalutian;
and
ViTBEREAS, The Clerk
.of the Commissian has given notice of the filing of
said Resolution and the final passage and adoption thereof by publishing notice
thereof in the Bozeman Daily Chranicle, a daily newspaper publIshed in said City.

IT HESOLVRD' AND IT IS HEREBY ORDER!m BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEW~N, STATE OF MONTANA:
That said Commission
Reso.lution Na. 57 be, and the same is hereby finally
passed and adopted and the special assessment .of taxes to defray the cost and ex':'
pense .of making the improvements as therein set ferth be, and the same are her.'eby
levied and assessed as ther~in previded.
Finally passed and finally
adopted by the City Commission .of the City of
B.ozeman,
at a regular session thereof, helr1 on this 17th day of September, 1925.
