A Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application requested
by the property owner Baxter Square Partners, LLC, 1627 W Mains St., Ste 117, Bozeman, MT 59715, and represented by C&H Engineering & Surveying, Inc., 1091 Stoneridge Dr., Bozeman, MT
59718 to allow the subdivision of 2.57 acres into 22 townhouse residential lots. The property is located in the Baxter Square Subdivision, Ph. 3 SE ¼ of SW ¼ of section 35, Township
One South (T1S), Range Five East (R5E), P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana. The project is generally located on Sartain Street near intersection with Renee Way. (Davis)
