Cottonwood Corner Zone Map Amendment Application Z14292 (Saunders) A Zone Map Amendment Application requested by the property owners 2B Holdings, LLC PO Box 10968, Bozeman MT 59719 and Representative Intrinsik architecture, Inc., 111 North Tracy Avenue, Bozeman MT 59715 to amend the zoning map to rezone approximately .73 acres from B-1 (Neighborhood Business District) to R-O (Residetnial Office District). The property is legally described as Lot 1 of Minor Subdivision 340 in the SW ¼ of Section 10, T2S, R5E of PMM, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana.
