WHEREAS, The City
Commission of the City of Bozeman, did
on the 3d day
of
September,
1925,
at a regular session there.of, provisionally pass Commission Hesolu-
tion No.
55, entitled:
"A RESOLUTION OF TI{!1: CITY COMMISSION OF THf1: CITY OF BOZEMAN, LEVYING
AND ASSESSING, SPECIAL .ASSESSMPNTS FOR TI-m: INSTALLATION OF SIDE\IVALKS AND

WHEREAS, Said
Commission Resolution No. 155 was duly signed by the lV1ayor and
the
Clerk of
the Commission of said City, and was
fi led in the office
of the Clerk

of the
Commission of said City ori the 3d day of September,
1925,
and ever si nee has
been on file in said office
subject to and for the inspection of all persons inter-
ested;
and
WlJEREAS ,
Thursday, the
17th day of September, 1925,
at 7:30 0 'clock p.m.,
at a regular session of said City Commission, to
be held at
the Commission Ch<::mber,
City Hall, said City, was designated in said Resolution as the time and place of
hearing objections
to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution;
and
W".HEREAS ,
The Clerk of the Commission has given notice of the filing of
said Resolution and the final passage and adoption thereof by publication and notice
thereof in the Bozeman DailyChronic1e,
a daily newspaper published in said City,
at
least five
(5) days before the day set for hearing any and all
obj ections to
the
final passage and adoption of said Resolution;
and
VlHEHEAS, The matter
of said final passage' and adoption of said Resolution,
coming on regularly to be -heard, ]piursuant to said Resolution and Notice,
this
17th
day of September,
1926, at a regular session of said City Commission,
due proof be-
ing made
of the publication of said Notice as required by law and as ordered by said
Resolution,
and no objections having been made or fi led to the final passage and
adoption of said Resolution and
the levying of the
assessment as therein provided;
