3PECIAL ASSBSSlVIENTS FOR THE INSTIALLATION OF SIrnWALKS AND CURBS DT.mING THF, SEASON OF
1925.

WHERE:AS , On
the 21st day of May, 192~,and the 25th day of June,

City Commission of the
City of Bozeman,
Montana, pursuant to
theprovi -.
3ions of
See tion 5244,
Revised Codes of Montana,
1921, duly adopted and entered upon
the Minutes of its meetings orders for the construction of sidevralks and curbing as
i~ said orders specified'
and
WHEREAS, Sidewalks and curbs have been installed pursuant to said orders
~nd the City Engineer has duly certified to
the
City Commission, a list showing the
:Jost of such installati on and the pr.operty subject to assessment;
NOW, THERF:FORF.,
In consideration of the premises and provisions
of law in
3uch cases made and provided,
there is hereby levied and assessed against
the
sev-
~ral'lots,
pieces and parcels of property as specified and
described in exhibit
"A"
~nd exh.ibi t "Bi" attached hereto,
and, of this Resolution made a part,
the amount's
set opposite each separate piece or parcel of land as specified in said exhibit
"A"
:md exhibit "B".
Seq.2. That
said speCial assessments shall bear interest at the .rate
of

(6), per cent per annum from the date hereof until paid and such payment may be
mde in six (6) equal annual installments commencing with the year 1925" and not
later than November 30th of the year 1925,
and each November 30th thereafter.

Sec. 3.
That after the adoption Of this Resolution.
signed by the Mayor,
9.nd the Clerk of the City Commission,
it
shall 1Je kept on fi Ie in the
office of said
Glerk" and a Notice .signed by him stating that the Resolution levying special assess-
ments herein provided for is on file in his office,
open ~o inspection for a period
of five days,
sha.l1 be published by said Clerk at least once in a newspaper pub-
liehed in the
Ci ty of Boz e'man .
Such Notice shall state the time and place at which
objections
to-the fimll adoption of this Resolution will be heard by the City Com-
mission,
and the time for such hearing shall not be less than five (5)
days after
the pUblication of such Notice.
Provisionally adopted. and approved this 3d day of September, A.D.
1925.
