Commissioners,
Return the BearCat, Sell It, Get It Out of Here. The hypothetical nonsense regarding it's
value and necessity is pure BS! What next, a TANK, ARMORED PERSONAL CARRIERS... get
a grip!! Your demonstrated and colossal lapse in judgment is precisely the same, certainly
no less than, the misguided judgment the "police" use in acquiring it. Yes in deed, "create
a need, then fill it."
