Dear City Commissioners, City Manager & Police Chief,
Having had plenty of time to ruminate about the BearCat &, especially, its application, my slow burnabout all of the misjudgment, obvious planned lack of transparency and most of all, includingenvironmentalists as possible threats to Bozeman's safety. Well, words fail me.
Would that the police chief & the city manager could display as much forbearance, intelligence, goodcitizenship and general good judgment as our environmentalists do. It hurts to be so disabused of thehigh regard I formerly held of these city servants.
