City commission: Sirs,
I am a fifty year resident of Gallatin County, a self-employed
business owner, & a commercial pilot.
I wish for the commission to return the Bearcat vehicle to federal
agencies.
The process of how it was obtained is an assault on thousands of
county resident's intelligence.
