AND ASSESSING
A SPRCLt\L ASSBSSMENT OF TAXES UPON ALL THE PRO~RTY IN SPF:CIAL IM-
PROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 251 IN
THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, COUNTY-OF GALLATIN, STATE OF MON-
TANA, TO
DEFRAY THE COST OF CONSTRUCTING AND MAKING THE IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN SAID
SPEC IAL IMJ?ROVEMENT DISTRI CT NO. 251".
WHEREAS, The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, did on the 8d day of
July, 1926, at a regular session thereof, provisionally pass
Commission Resolution
No. 66, entitled:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
LEVYING AND ASSESS ING A Sp-rC IAL ASSESSMENT OF TAXES UPON ALL TIff!: PROPER-
TY IN SFH:CIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 251 IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,COUN-
TY OF GALLATI\f, STATE OF MONTANA, TO DF.FRAY TJ.IF, COST OF CONSTRUCTING AND

MAKING THE IMPROVF.MENTS WITHIN SAID SPECIAL IMPROVEJAENTDISTRICTNO. 251";
WHERF.AS, Said Commission Resolution No. 66 was duly signed
by the Mayor
and the Clerk of the Commission of said City, and was filed in
the office of the
Clerk of the Commission of said City on the 2d day of .Tilly,
1926, and ever since has
been on file in said office subject to and for the inspection
of all persons inter-
ested; and
WEERF.AS, Friday, the 9th day of July, 1926, at 7:30
o'clock p.m., at a

regular session of said City Commission,
to be held at the Commission Chamber,
City
Hall,
said City, was designated in said Resolution
as the time and place of hearing
objections
to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, The Clerk of the Commission has given notice of the filing of
said Resolution and the fi nal passage and ado ption t hereof
by publ icat ion and notice
thereof in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper published
in said City, at

(5) days before the day set for hearing any and all objections to the fi,..
nal passage and adoption of said Resolution;
and
WHEREAS, The matter of said final passage and adoption of said Resolution,
corning on regularly to be heard, pursuant to said Resolution
and Notice, this 9th
day of July, 1926, at a regular session of said City Commission,
due proof being
made of the publication of said Notice as required by law and
as ordered by said
Resolution, and no objections having been made or filed to the
final passage and
adoption of said Resolution and the levying of the assessment
aRtherein provided;
NOW, THbTImFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND" IT IS HEREBYORDERRD BY TJIE CITY CO:MMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, STATE OF MONTANA:

That said Commission Resolution No. 66 be, and the same is hereby finally
passed and
adopted and the special assessment of taxes to
defray the cost and expense
of rmking
the improvements as therein set forth, be, and the same are hereby levied
and assessed as therein provided.
