Message: Regarding the monster truck recently aquired by the Bozeman Police I amcompelled to make my personal feelings known. I do not have a negative feelingabout our police in general but this issue realy concerns me. We do not need thatthing. Someone is watching way to many movies and way too much TV if they thinkwe live in a town that needs that kind of relationship with their police. Mysuggestion is that we drive that thing down to Pacific Recyling and turn it into plowshares. And maybe we can get enough cash from the recycling to pay for the fuel toget it across town. If we really need to go into siege mode, call the governor andask for the national guard. The environmental groups are that much of threat?Really? You need that machine to have a conversation with the GYC? Get rid of itand buy some more bicyles for the men in blue.
