Message: I challenge you to do your part by approving the purchase of the Bearcatfor the SRT unit. Listen carefully as you research so you can realize and appreciatethe function of this vehicle. Your responsibility is to make an informed decision thatis not based on supposition and reactionary comments. By not approving thispurchase, it could be assumed you are saying "we don't want to protect our officersin dangerous situations." Keep in mind that they are highly trained specialists whoput their lives on the line to protect our community. The very least you can do toshow your support is approve this purchase. I have been a resident of GallatinCounty since 1971 and although I am not currently living in the city, your decisionaffects me because the SRT unit responds to situations outside of city limits as well.The least you can do for the citizens of Gallatin Valley and law enforcement isapprove this purchase Respectfully, Vicki Millikin
