This Easement made this 2-+- day of Q PA V L_ 2014—, in consideration
of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration now paid, the
receipt of which is acknowledged, witnesses that,

does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the City of Bozeman, Montana an easement
for storm drain purposes, located within Parcel No. 88 on Montana Department of
Transportation Project STPP 86-1(44)0, as shown on the Right-of-Way plan for said project
recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana. Said easement
covers and embraces the following described land:
A tract of land within that portion of vacated Front Street lying east of and adjacent to Lots 1, 2
and 3 in Block 113 of the Northern Pacific Addition to Bozeman, Montana, according to the
official plat thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin
County, Montana, as shown by the shaded area on the plat, consisting of 1 sheet, attached
hereto and made a part hereof, containing an area of 1,065 sq. ft., more or less.
