Said Commission Resolution No. 67 was duly
signed by the Mayor and
the Clerk
of the Commission of said City,
and was filed in the office of the Clerk of
the
Commission of said City on the 2d day of July,
1926, and ever si~ce has been on
file in said office
subject to and for the inspection of all persons
interested; and

Friday, the 9th day of July, 1926, at 7:30
o'clock p.m., at a reg-
ular session of said
City Commission,
to be held at the Commission Chamber, City Hall,
said City, was designated
in said Resolution as the time and place of hearing objec-

tions to
the final passage and ado pti on 0 fs aid Reso
lution; and

The Clerk of the Commission has given notice of
the filing of said
Resolution and the
final passage and adoption thereof by publication and notice there-
of in the Bozeman
Daily Chronicle,
a daily newspaper published i~ said City, at least
five
(5) days before the day set for hearing any and all objections
to the final pas-
sage and adoption
of said Resolution;

The matter of said final passage and adoption of said Resolution,
coming on regularly
to oe heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice,

1926, at a regular session of said City Commission,

proof being made of
the publication of

and no objections
having
been made or filed to the fin::-tlpassage and adoption of said
Resolution and the
levying of the assessment as therein provided;
