Message: Bear-Cat. I live in Belgrade and supposedly this vehicle is to be usedaround the area. I think this needs to be sent back. It sends the wrong messageand I do not believe that the area we live in is so dangerous that this is needed. I'malso concerned that this vehicle will be used to squash civil engagement. Pleasesend this vehicle back. We do not need it here. The police have their bulletproofvests. Thank you,
