One more thing....if this vehicle was so necessary and nothing is "subversive" abouthaving it, why did they SNEAK it in without permission or knowledge of the City? We are more upset about the blatant sneakiness (ie:lying) than anything.
Oops! Was I supposed to ask someone? Come on!
We all want our deputies to be safe, so it this is needed for them, it should havebeen out in the open.
Now it looks conniving, contrived and down-right sneaky!
