Message: Regarding the City's new "Rescue Vehicle. "You can put lipstick on a pig,but it's still a pig" and you can Paint "Rescue" on an Assault Vehicle, but it's stillone. "Free" - some taxpayers somewhere paid for this thing! For his failure to notifythe Commission, the City Manager should be fired! Like NOW!
