HomeMy WebLinkAbout94- Intersection of North 7th Ave and Griffin Drive MPACDW WAIVER OF RIGHT TO PROTEST CREATION OF SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC LIGHT AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH 7TH AVENUE AND GRIFFIN DRIVE I, the undersigned owner of the real property situated in the County of Gallatin, State of Montana, and more particularly described as follows: Lots 18A and 18B, Gordon Mandeville State School Section Subdivision, City of Bozeman, Montana, and more commonly know as 23Zp North 7th Avenue, Bozeman, Montana. 60 IN CONSIDERATION of the approval of a Conditional Use Permit application from the City of Bozeman for the above-described propert along with accompanying rights and privileges and for other va ual e consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged 14in reco ition e� 7 of the traffic that will be generated by the development of the above-described property on the intersection of North 7th Avenue and Griffin Drive, have waived and do hereby for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, the right to protest the creation of one or more special improvement districts for the installation of a traffic signal light at the intersection of North 7th Avenue and Griffin Drive, or to make any written protest against the proposed work or against the extent or creation of the districts to be assessed in response to a duly passed resolution of intention to create one or more special improvement districts which would include the above-described property. This waiver is limited specifically to the creation of any SID an extent of the district for the traffic signal light at the intersection of�jor$ sz� � Q� Zd, �� Cl' 7th Avenue and Griffin Drive which may be installed By signing this 1 f IL4 M?AM` 13 waiver, I do not waive my right to protest any proportional assessment for the costs of administration, engineering, inspection, construction of or any other costs associated with the above-described traffic signal light which may in the future be imposed against me by the City of Bozeman or any other governmental entity. This waiver shall be a covenant running with the land and shall not expire.
