at a regular session thereof, provisionally
pass Commission Resolution
No. 86,

WHEREAS, Said Commission Resolution No. 86 was duly signed by
the Uayor and the
Clerk of the Commission
of said City, and was filed._ in the office of the Clerk of
the Commission of
said City
on the 9th day of September,
192:7, and ever since has
been on file in said
offioe subject to and for the inspection of all persons inter-
ested; and.
WHER~AS, Friday,
the 16th day of September,
1927, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at a
regular session of
said City Gommission to be held at the Commission Chamber,
City
Hall,
said Ci t;{, was designated in said Resolution as the time and
place of hearing

objections to the
final passage and adDption of said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, The Clerk of the Commission has given notice of the
filing of said
Re so lu tion and
the final passage and adD ption there of by, pub4.ica ti on and noti ce
thereof in the Bozeman
Daily Chronicle, a da:i.1y nev,rsJlaper publishecl in said C1 ty, at
least five

days before the day. set for hearing, any and all objections to the
final passage and
adoption of said Resolution;
and.
WHEREAS, The matter of said final passage and adoption of said
Resolution, com-
ing on regularly to
be heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice,
this 16th day
of Se,ptember, 1927,
at a regular session of said City Commission,
due proof be ing
made of the publication
of said Notice as required by law, and as ordered by said
Resolution,
and no objections having been made or filed
to the final passage and
adoption of said Resolution
and the leyying of the assessment as therein provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS BEREBY ORDERED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION
OF TEE CITY OF BOZEM.AN,
STATE OF MON~\AN.A:
That said Commission Resolution No. 86 be, and the same is hereby
finally
passed and adopted
and the
sp ec ial asse ssment of taxe s to defray the cost and ex-
pense of making the
improvements as therein set forth, be, and the
same are hereby
I
levied and assessed
as therein provided.
Finally passed and finally adopted by the City Commission of
the City of Boze-
man, at a regular
session thereof, held on this 16th d.ay of September,
1927.
