SUBJECT: Bozeman Deaconess Hospital Medical Office Building (MOB) 5 –
Release and Reconveyance and Water/Sewer Pipeline Easements

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to Stacy Ulmen), of the partially
executed release and reconveyance of a previous water pipeline and access
easement and new water and sewer pipeline and access easements.
Engineering staff has reviewed the easements and found them to be
acceptable.
Bozeman Deaconess has proposed to build a new large medical
office building which required the movement of the original water and
sewer mains. These documents remove the old easement and replace it to
better reflect the placement of the new mains.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
