the total frontage, or the area, of the

Now,
therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5242, Political Oode,
R.C.M, 1921, and said Council and Conmission Resolutions creating said Special
Improvement Districts, and providing for the maintenance thereof -

number of linear feet, or area. of};Jl'operty to be assessed,
and the rate per linear

is as follows to-wit:

306, on South Willson Avenue from Babcock Street toOol1ege Street, a total frontage

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That at a ree;ular session of the Corrunission of'
the
City of Bozeman held on the 7th dayof Deoember, 1928. Commission Resolution
No. 122
was duly passed and adopted; that said Commission Reso.lution No. 122 levies
and
assesses a speoial assessment of taxes upon all the property in Special Imrrovement
Distriots of said City to defray the cost of MaIntenance of Parkings wi tlJ.:in
said
Special Im],1rOvement Distriots for the year 1928.
That the Special ImLirovement Districts and the Resolution creating the
