That it is hereby declared to be the 8ntention of the COI:1mission oC the City of Bozeman, state of j,Iontana. to create a Special Improve- raent District to be known and designated as Special Improvement District No. 276 Of said City for the purpose of making the improvements within said Special Im- provement Distri:..;t hereinafter desoribed. Section 2. That the boundaries of said Special ImproveLJent District No. 276 to be created, are as follows: 3eginning at a point in the south line of W Main Street, said point being 60 feet west of the west line of Seventh Avenue South; thence east I along the said south line of West Main street tu a point 60 feet east of the east line of said Seventh Avenue South; thence sou tit parallel v.-i th and 60 feet east of said east line of Seventh Avenue SouV , to the north line of West Babcock Street; thence west along said north line of West BabCOCk Street to a point 60 feet west of the west line of said Seventh Avenue South; thence north to the point of beginning. Section 3. Irhat it is hereby declared to be the oJ}inion of said Commission of the City of Bozeman, S ta tea f 1:0 n tana , that all of the land within said prop- osed Special Improvement District as defined in Section 2 of this Resolution, will be specially benefitted by the grading, paving, installation of curbs and all of said improvements, and sr~ould bear the cost of said improvements in accordance Wi~L the laws of the State of Montana in such case made and provided. Section t. That the character of the improvement to be made within said Special Improvement Distriot No. 276 is the grading; the paving with Two Course Crushed Gravel l/i:acadam pavemen t; and the installing of concrete curbs on Seventh Avenue Soutt. between Lhe South line of West 1\;[ain street and the North line of West Babcock Street in said City of Bozeman, Montana. I Section 5. That an approximate estimate of the cost of doing all of the work of constructing all of said improvements, including the gral' illg, paving, curbs, engineering inspection and all incidental expenses, is One Thousand Five Hundred Nineteen and 24/100 Dollars (:~15l9.24) . Section G. That the total frontage area of the land within said proposed district to be taxes for the cost of said improvements (exclusive of streets, avenues, alleys and public places ) is 520 li5ea1 feet and an approximate estimate of the cost of said inwrovement, to be specially taxes and assessed against the -... ---....---.---....-.... ~'(O .. land therein, is :~2.922 per front foot of said land~. That the entire cost and expense of makint." the special im- I provernents ,herein set forth in said Special Impr~.:;vement District No. 276 shall be . . paid by Special Improvement District Coupon Bonds, as authorized by the "iJaws of the State of 1,.':ontana, which bonds shall be in the denomination of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each, or fractions thereof where necessary, to be issued and chargeable against a fund to be known as nSpecial Improvement Distl'Jct No. 276 Fund n, said bond s to be l'edeemable at; the option 01' the Ci ty of Bo zeman, :Montana, whenever funds are availaole for that purpose from said Special Improvement District No. 276~"und. Said bonds shall draw sirilple intere~3J at the rate of six per cent per annum, which interest shall be chargeable as a part of the cost of said improve- ment, and shall run from the date of the registration 01' said bonds until said. bonds are paid. Section 8.
