COMMISSION RESOLUTION FINALLY PASSING AND ADOPTING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 136,
ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE C0M11ISSION"OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, LEVYING

AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSM]J~T OF TAXES UPON ALL THE PROPERTY IN SPECIAL IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 275 IN THE CITY OF BOZJIMAN, COUNTY OF GALLATIN, STATE OF MONTANA,
TO DEFRAY THE COST OF CONSTRUCTING AND MAKING THE IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN SAID SPECIAL
IMPRO~~T DISTRICT NO. 275."
W1mREAS, The Commission of the City of Bozeman, did, on the 7th day of
Deoember, 1928, at a regular session thereof, provisionally pass Commission Resolu-
tion No. 136, entitled:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZErvIAN, MONTANA, LEVYING
AND ASSESSING A S~ECIAL ASSESSMEIJT OF TAXES lJ1ION ALL THE PROPERTY IN
SPECIAL I1WRO~~NT DISTRICT NO. 275 IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, COUNTY OF
GALLATIN, STATE OF MONTANA, TO DEFRAY THE COST OF CONSTRUCTING AND
MAKING THE IMPRO~1ENTS WITHIN SAID SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.275."
WHEREAS, said Commission Resolution No. 136 wa.s duly signed by the Mayor
and the Clerk of the Commission of said City, and was filed in the offioe of the
Clerk of the Comm$ssion of said City on the 7th.da.y of December, 1928, and ever
sinoe has been on file in said office-, subjeot to and for the inspeotion of all
persons interested; and
WHEREAS, Friday, the 14th day of Deoember, 1928, at 4:00 o'olock P. M.,
at a regular session of said Commission, to be held at the Commission Chamber, City
Hall, said City was designated in said Resolution as the time and place of hearing

obJeotions to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Commission has given notice of the filing of
said Resolution and the final passage and adoption thereof by publication and
notice thereof in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper published in said
City, at least five (5/ days before the day set for hearing any and all objeotions
to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the matter of said final passage and adoption of said Resolution
coming on regularly to be heard, pursuant to said B.esolution and Notioe, this
14th day of December, 1928, at a regular session of said Commission, due proof
being made of the publication of said Notice, as required by law and as ordered
by said ~esolution, and no obJeotions having been made or filed to the final
passage and adoption of said Resolution and the levying of the aSSeSSITlent as therein
provided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE COJIMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOZEN~N, STATE OF MONTANA:
That said Commission Resolution No. 136 be, and the same is hereby

finally passed and adopted and the speoial assessment of taxes to defray the oost
and eXIJense of making the improvements as therein set forth, be, and the same are
hereby levied and assessed as therein provided.
Finally passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a
regular session thereof, held on the 14th day of December,A. D., 1928.
