COMMISSION RESOLUTION FINALLY PASSING AND ADOPTING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 135,
ENTITLED: " A RESOLUTION OF THE comnssIo,N OF ,THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, LEVYING
AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF TAXES UPON ALL THE PROPERTY IN SPECIAL IMPROVE-

MEN! DISTRICT NO. 274 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, COUNTY OF GALLATI'N, STATE OF MON-TANA,
TO DEFRAY THE COST ,OF CONSTRUCTING AND :MAKING THE IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN SAID SPECIAL
IMPRO~IENT DISTRICT NO. 274."
WHEREAS, The Commission of the City of Bozeman, did, on the 7th day of
Decemb,er, 1928, at a regular session thereof, provisionally pass Commission Resolu-
tion No. 135, entitled:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, DEVYING
AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF TAXES UPON ALL THE PROPERTY IN
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 274 IN THE CITY OF BOZEl\tIAN, COUN.TY OF
GALLATIN, STATE OF MONTANA, TO DEFRAY THE COST OF CONSTRUCTING AND
MAKING THE IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN SAID SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 274ft
WHEREAS, said Commission Resolution No. 135 was duly signed by the Mayor and
the Clerk of the Commission of said City, and was filed in the office of the Clerk of
the Commission of said Cit,y on the 7th day of December, 1928, and ever since has been
on file in said office, subJect to and ~or the inspee~1on of all persons interested;
and
~REAS, Friday, the 14th day of D~cember, 1928, at 4:00 o'clock P. M., at
a regular session of said Commission, to be held at the Commission Chamber,^ City
Hall, said City, was designated in said Resolution as the time and place of hearing
objections to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and

WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Commission has given notice of the filing of said
Resolution and the final passage and adoption thereof by ~ublication and notice
thereof in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper published in said City, at
least,five (5) days before the day set for hearing ant and all objections to the
final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and
\f.KEREAS, the matter of ,said final passage and adoption of said Resolution
coming on reg~arly to be heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice, this
14th day of December, 1928, at,a regular session of said Commission, due proof being
made of the publication of said Notice, as required bylaw and as ordered by said
Resolution, and no objections having been made or filed to the final passage and
adoption of said Resolution and the levying of the assessment as therein provided,
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY TEE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, STATE OF MONTANA:
That said Commission Resolution No. 135, be, and the same is hereby finally
passed and adopted and the special assessment of taxes to defDay the cost and expense
ot making the improvements as therein set forth, be, and the same are hereby levied

and assessed as therein provided.
Finally :passed and adppted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a
regular session thereof, held on the 14th day of December, A. D, 1928.
