duly published and posted as required by law;

No. 153 anQ Ordinance No. l4J, of the City of Bozeman;
(4 ) And the lists of registered voters for the
several precincts in
the City of Bozeman have been compiled and posted, as required by said Ordinance
No. 140; and the Eegis'try A{~ent has checke,l the list of said. registered electors
a{';ahls'G the oi ty tax roll of the Ci ty of Bozeman preceding such elec'Gion intl',e
office of the County Treasurer and the ownership records in the office of the
County Clerk and Recorder, for the purpose of determining who are clualified resident
freeholclers \.hose names appear on the ci ty and county tax roll rrecediI1g such
election, t'J..:rHi it bas been found b~f sucL !{egistry Agent that certain persons
have
registered as qualified to vote at said election \,hose names do not aprear on 'che
ci t~{ or count~T tax ro 11 precedine:c; such election, or the records of the office of
the County Clerk and Recorder do not show that they are freeholders,;
( 5 ) And the COMnission is of the opinion that proper measures should be
adopted for determinine the correct status of the several electors about whose
I qualifications there is a question;

ed against the assessment roll in the office of the County Treas-
urer, and acainst the ownership record in the office of the County
Clerk and Recorder, and Question ha~ arisen as to your o1ullification

The cause of your apparent disqualification is:
(1 ) Your name does not appear on the assessment list;
{2} The records do not show that you are a freeholder.

hours of 9:00 o'clock A. K. and 9:00 o'clock PM., and.
