WHEREAS, The Commission of the City of Bozeman, did on t.he 18th day of
October, 1929, at a regular session thereof., provisionally pass Commission

167 was duly signed by the Mayor
and the Clerk of the Commissicn of said. City, and. was filed in the offiLce of the
Clerk .of the Ccmmission of said City .on the
18th day of Octcber, 1929, and ever
since has been .on file in said .office sub,ject to and for the inspecticn of all
persons interested: and
WHEREAS, Friday the 25th day .of October, 1929, at 4 o'clock P. M., at a
re~ular session of said Ccmmission,
to be held at the Commission Chamber, City

hearing ob jecticns, to the final passage and_ adopticn of said Resolution; and

has given notice of the filing of

therecf in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper published
in said City,
at least five (5) days before the day set for hearing any and all
objections to
the final passage and adcption .of said Resc11itianj and
, WHERE:AS" the matter of said final passage and adoption of said Resolutian,
coming on ragularly to be heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice,
this 25th
day of October, 1929, at a regular session of said Cammission, due proof being made
of the publication of said notice as required by law and as ordered by said
Reso:1.ution, and no objectiona having been made or filed to the final passage and
adoption of said Resolution and the levying of the assessment as therein provided:
NOW, TH.1~REFORE, BE IT HESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, STATE OF MONTANA:
That, said Commission Resolution No. 167 be~ and the same is hereby
finally passed and adopted and the special aSSessment of taxes to defray the cost
and expense of making the imprcvements as therein set forth, be, and the same are
hereby levied and and assessed as therein provided.
Finally passed and adopted by the Commission .of the City of Bozeman at a
regular session thereof, held on the 25th day .of October, A. D., 1929.
