WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Bozeman, did on the 11th day of
October, 1929, at a regular session thereof, provisionally pass Commission Hesolutio
.No. 166 enti tled:

AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF TAXES UPON ALL THE PROPERTY IN
SPECIAL IMpROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 277 IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, COUNTY OF
GALLATIN, S'rATE OF MONTANA, TO DEJ:'"HAY THE COST OF CONSTRUCTING AND MAKING
THE IMPROVEMENTS WI'rHIN SAD! SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTHICT NO. 277IT, Bnd
WHEREAS, said Commis,sion Resolution No. 166 was duly signed by the Mayor and
the. Clerk of the Commission of said City, and was filed in the office of the Clerk 0
the Commission of said City on the l=\.th day of October, 1929, and ever since has bee
on file in sl1id office sub.ject to and for the inspection of all pel'sons interested;

WHEREAS, Friday the 25th day of October, 1929, at 4 o'clock P. M., at a
regular session of said Commission, to be held
at the Commission Chamber, City Hall
said City, was designated in Bald Resolution as the time and place of hearing object
ions to the final passage and adoption of said Hesolutfon; and
WHERICAS,THE Clerk of the Commission has given notice of the filing of said
.Resolution and the final passage and adoption thereof by J;ru.blication, and notice
thereof in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daiiliy newspaper published in said City,
at least five (5)
days before the day set for hearing any and all objections to the
final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the matter of said final passage and adoption of said Resolution,
coming on regularly'to be heard, pursuant to said Hesolution and Notice,
this 25th
day of October, 1929, at a regular session of said Commission, due proof being made
of the publication of said Notice, as requi.i'ed by law and as ordered by said
Resolution, and no objections having been mad~ or filed to the final passage and
adoption of said Resolution and the levying of the assessment as therein provided;
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOZE1,IAN, S'rATE OF MONTANA:
That said Commission Resolution No. 166, be, and. the same is hereby finally
passed and adopted and the ,special assessment of taxes to defray the cost and expens
of making the improvements as therein set forth, be, and the same are hereby levied
