WHEREAS, The Commission of the City of Bozeman, did on the 11th day of
October, 1929, at a regula;r session thereof, provisionally pass Commission Resolutio
No.165 entitled:

LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF TAXES UPON ALL THE
PROPERTY IN SPECIAL IMrROVEMI~NT DISTRICT NO. 276 IN THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, COUNTY OF GALLATIN, STATE OF MONTANA, TO DEFHAY THE COST
OF CONSTRUCTING AND lVLAKING 'L'H1<::: IMI'ROVEJ\;1EN'fS WITHIN SAID SPECIAL

WHEREAS, said Commission ReaolutionNo, 165 was duly signed by the Mayor

and the Clerk of the Commission of said Ci ty, and was filed in the office of the
Clerk of the Commission of said Ci t~T on the 11th day of, October, 1929, and ever sine
has been on file in said office subject to and for the inspection of all persons
interested j and
WHEREAS, H'riday the 25th day of October, 1929 , at 4 0' clockI'. M. , at a
regular session of said Commission, to be held at the Commission Chamber, City
Hall, said City, was designated in said. Hesolutionas the time and place for
hearing objections to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Commission has given notice of the filing of said
Resolution and the final passage and adoption thereof by publication and notice
thereof in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper published in said City,
at least five (5) days before the day set for hearing any and all objections to
the final passage and adoption of said Hesolutionj and
WHEREAS, the matter of said. final passage and adoption of said Resolution,
coming on regularly to be heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice, this 25th
day of Ootober, 1929, at a regular session or said Commission, due proof being made
of the publication of said notice as required by law and as ordered by said
Resolution, and no bbjections having been made or filed to the final passage and
adoption of said Resolution and the levying of the assessment as therein provided;

OF THE CITY OF BOZEr,jAN, STATE OF MONTlNA:
That, said Commission Resolution No. 165 be, and the same is ,hereby finally
passed and adopted and the special assessment of taxes to defrlY the cost and
expense of making the improvements as therein set for,th,be, and the same are hereby
levied an9.- assessed as therein provided.
Finally passed and a.dopted by the Commission of the City of Bozema.n a.t a
regular session thereof, held on the 25th day of October A. D., 1929.
