WHEREAS, The Commission of the City of Bozeman did on the 11th dllY of
October, 1929, at a regular session thereof' duly pass Commission Resolution No. 164

THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 502 ENTITLED:
'AN ORDINANCE PRO-
VIDINGFOR THE REMOVAL OF SNOW FROM THE SIDEWALKS IN THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 385 ENTn~LED:
'AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE REMOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE, DIRT, FILTH AND OTHER
OBSTRUCTION FROM SIDEWALKS ON 1,:lAIN STREET BETWEEN WALLACE AVENUE
AND FOURTH AVENUE -IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN' ,"
and
WHEREAS, said Commission Resolution No. 164 was duly signed by the Mayor
and Clerk of the Commission, and was filed in the office of the Clerk
of the
Commission on the 11th ~ay of October, 1929, and ever since has been on file in
said office, subject to and for the inspection of all persons interested; and
WHEREAf} ,
the 25th day of October, 1929, at a ree;Ular session of the Commissio
to be held at the Commission Chamber, City Hall Building in
the said City, was the
time and place for hearing objections to the final passage and adoption of said
Resolution; and
WHEREAS, The Clerk of the
Commission has given notice of the filing of
said Resolution and the final passage and adoption thereof, by publishing notice
thereof in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a dailYl'lewspaper, printed and published in
said City, at least five (5) days before
hearing any and all objections to the
final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the matter of the said final passage and adoption of said Resolutio
coming on regularly to be heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice,
day of Octgber, 1929, at a regular session of. said Commission,
and proof
of the publication of said Notice as required by. law and as ordered by said
Resolution; and
WHEREAS, no objections having been made or filed to the final passage
and
adqption of said Resolution and the levying of the assessment as therein provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'r RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED
OF TIm CITY OF BOZEMAN, STATE OF MONTANA:

That, said Commission Resolution No. 164, be, and the same is hereby finally
':passed and adopted and the Special Assessment of taxes to defray the co st of removal
of snow from sidewalks adjoining certain premises in the City of Bozeman for the
year '1928..29, be, and the same is hereby levied and assessed as therein provided.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular
session thereof,held on the 25th day of October, A. D., 1929.
