LAN- GOlffi AND L.W. TRUITT AS PARK COM- MISSIONERS WHEREAS . . M. Langohr and L. W. Truitt have been members of the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of Bozeman since 1917 and 1918, respectively, during which period of time M. Langohr has been President of said board, and during said period the said Board, under the guidance of ~. Langohr as President has dev- eloped the ~arks and the parkings of the City of Bozeman; that in this develop- ment, the Park Board has at all times conserved the interests of the Ci ty of Bozeman, the taxpayers and owners of property; that in carrying on the work they have been conservative in their expenditures, and by reason thereof the citizens of Bozeman have received the maximum benefit; that they have devoted their time and given their thought, and have done all this without any remuneration, and in so doing have displayed and manifested the truest and highest t;ype of public servants; I And the said M." Langohr and L. W. Truitt have seen fit to, and have, tendered their resignations as members of the Park Board; that the Commission has endeavored to persuade them to continue but nevertheless they have insisted upon their resignations, and the Commission, by reason thereof, has, with regret, accepted their resignations, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZE1~N, That the resignations of M~. Langohr and Mr. Truitt are accepted, with regret; Tha t the Commission extend and it doe s extend, to ],:r. Langohr and Mr. Trui tt its commendation for the work performed by them, and each of thern; That with the termination of their services on the Board of Park Commissioners, the ci tizens have lost the services of tvVQ valuable members, whose places on said Board will be difficult to fill; That a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the Commission, and a copy thereof delivered to 1~. Langohr and Mr. Truitt. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a reb~lar I session thereof held this 7th day of March, 1930. 7f2i:2 d!
