A RESOLUTION OF THE CO~~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZ~~N, MONTANA, DECL\RING
IT TO
BE TP...E INTENTION OF SAID COMMISSION TO CRANGE THE NAME OF THAT PORTION
OF PEACH
STREET WEST OF SEVENTH AVENUE TO THE CITY LIMITS TO "DURSTON ROAD"
I BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE COM1lISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEJ'vtAN:
Section 1.
That it is hereby declared tile intention of the Commission
of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana,
to change the name of that portion of
West PeacL- Street, which is west of Seventh Avenue,
to flilDurston Road".
Sect ion 2.
That it is hereby declared to be the opinion of said
Commission that it is fitting to so perpetuate the name of one of Bozeman's
most foremost and useful citizens: - J .II. Durston.
Section 3.
That the regular session of the Commission of the City of
Bozeman, State of Montana, to be held in the City Hall
on Friday, March 21st,
1930, at Four O'Clock P.M.,
of said day is the time and p~ace designated when
and where the Commission will hear and pass upon all objections duly and
regularly
filed against the change of name proposed herein.
Section 4.
That the City Manager is hereby directed to give notice of
the passage of this Resolution pursuant to the provisions of Section 5494,
Chapter &4, Political Code, R.C.M. 1921, and Section 9110, Chapter 8,
C. of C. P.,

City of Bozeman, Montana, and approved
