NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that,the City Commission of the CITY OF BOZEMAN NOTICE OF
City of Bozeman is considering adopting an increase in total
revenue from property taxation of up to 11.9%percent. This
increase is attributed to the value of new construction within has been correctly published in the regular and
the city limits,the statutorily allowed inflation increase, new entire issues of every number of said paper for
voter-approved debt service,prior year's authorized mill levies, 1 insertions.
and the decision to not levy for some mills that have been
authorized this year. This levy is more than 12 mills below
the statutorily allowed maximum mill levy.
All concerned persons are invited to attend a public hearing on1
adopting the levy for increased property tax revenue to be held
at 6:00 pm on Monday,August 25,2014,in the City Hall
Commission Room,121 N Rouse Avenue, Bozeman, Montana.
