ORDINANCE NO. 564.
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND DISCONTINUING 2072
FT. OF THE EAST END OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK "G"
OF ROUSE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C00JISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1. A petition in writing having been filed with the City
Commission, signed by all the owners of Lots on that portion of the alley
hereinafter described, requesting that the same be vacated and discontinued
and a notice of the hearing of said petition having been legally published
for the time required by law, and it appearing that said portion of said
alley, hereinafter described, can be vacated and discontinued without
detriment to the public interest;
Section 2. That all of the east 2072 ft. of the alley running east
and west in Block }1G" of Rouse 's Addition to the City of Bozeman, being
that portion of said alley extending 2072 ft. west of the west line of
North Church Avenue be and same is hereby vacated and discontinued;
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days after its final adoption and approval.
Adopted and approved this ist day of July, 1927.
