"-'J , .'- ~f~~.~Ji,~~.~"'..-- COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. laaA A RESOLUT!'ON OF THE COlVlMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZE1ilAN FINALLY PASSING AND ADOPTING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 188 ENTITLED: -" n !fA RESOLUTION OF THE C01JIMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN LEVYING AND A;)SESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF TAXES U1'ON ALL THE PROPERTY IN I 1 SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 100 TO DEFRAY FIFTY (50) I, J PERCENT OF THE COST OF LIGHTING MAIN STREET FROM IDA AVENUE TO FOURTH AVENUE, WITHIN SAID SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 100 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FOR THE YEAR 1930", WHEREAS; the Commission of the City of Bozeman did on the 15th day of August, 1930, at a regular session thereof duly pass Commission Resolution No. 188 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENW OF TAXES UPON ALL THEHROPERTY IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 100 TO DEFRAY FIFTY (50) PER GENT OF THE C05T OF LIGHTING MAIN STREET FROM IDA AVENUE TO FOURTH AVENUE, WITHIN SAID SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 100 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FOR THE YEAR 1930", WHEREAS, said Commission Resolution No. 188 was duly signed by the Mayor and the Clerk of the Commission, and was filed in the, office of the Clerk of the Commis,sion on the 15th day of August, 1930, and ever since has been on file in said offioe, subject to and for the inspection of all persons interested; and WHEREAS, the 22nd day of August, 1930, at Four O'clock P. M., at a r~gular session of the Commission to be held at the Commission Chamber, City Hall (I Building in the said City, was the time and p+ace for hearing objections to the r I lJ final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Commission has given notice of the filing of said Resolution and the final passage and adoption thereof, by publishing notice thereof in the .Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper printed and published in said City, at least five (5) days before hearing any and all objections 'to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and WlmREAS, the matter of the said final passage and adoption of said Resolution, coming on regula.rly to be heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice, this 22nd day of August, 1930, at a regular session o:C said Commission, and proof ._..m.'~.." being made of the publication of said Notice as re~uired by law and as ordered by said Resolution; And, no objections having been made or filed to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution and the levying of the assessment as therein provided; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY TIm COMlilISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZElItAN, STATE Q:b~ MONTANA: That, said Commission Resolution No. 188 be, and the same is hereby finally passed and adopted and the Special Assessment of taxes to defray the cost of lighting Main Street from Ida Avenue to Fourth Avenue, as therein set forth, be, and the same are hereby levied and assessed as therein provided. Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman, at a regular ee."on thereOf, held on the 22nd day ~ A. D.; 1930.
