VlIlEREAS , The Commissioncif the City of Bozeman did OJ! the 15th day of August, 1930, at a regular session thereof duly pass Commission Hesolution No. 187 entitled: nA RESOLUTION OF TIm COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN LEVYING AND ASSESSING A Sl~ECIAL ASSESSMENT OIl' TAXES UPON ALL TIm PROPERTY IN STREET E;:PRINKLING DISTRICTS OF TIm CITY OF BOZEMAN, COUNTY OF GALLi",TIN,. .
