WHEREAS, said Commission
Resolut ion No. 187 was duly signed by the ]v';ayor
and the Clerk of the Commission, and was flled in the office
of the Clerk of the
ConuHission on the 15th day of AUGust, 1930,
and ever since has been OTl file in
said office, subject to and for the inspect ion of all persons interested;
and
WHEREAS the 22nd
