WIillREAS, The Commission of the City of Boze~an, did on the 15th day of
August, 1930, at a regular session thereof, provisionally pass COl~lis~ion Resolution
No. 191 entitled:
"A RESOLUTION OF T}-n~ COMI,USSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEd\.:::,
MONTANA, LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF TAXES
UPON ALL THE PROPERTY IN SPECIAL UWROVEMENr DISTRICT NO. 279
IN TILE CITY OF BOZEMAN, COUNTY OF GALLATIN, STATE OF MONTANA,
TO DEFRAY THE COST OF CONSTRUCTING AND NJ1.JGNG rl'llli IlviPROVEMElJT::;
WITHIN SAID SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRIC T NO. 279", and
WlillREAS, said Commission Resolution No. 191 was duly signed by the Mayor
and the Clerk of the Commission of said City, and was filed in the office of the
Clerk of the Commission of the said City on the 15th day of August, 1930, and ever
since has been on file in said office subject to and for the inspection of all
persons interested; and
WHEREAS, Friday the 22nd day of August, 1930, at Four O'clock P. }:-,1., at
a regular session of said Commission, to be held at the Com:aission Chamber, City
Hall, said" City, ViaS designated in said .Resolut iun as the time and place of hearing I
. objections to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and
rlliEREAS, the Clerk of the Commission has given notice of tho filing of
said Resolution and the final passage and adoption thereof by publication, and
notice thereof in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper published in
said City, at least five (5) days before the day set for hearing any and all
objections to the final ~)assage and adoption of said Resoiution; and
VrrmREAS, the TI~tter of said final passage and adoption of said Resolution,
coming on regularly to be heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice, this
22nd day of August, 1930, at a regular ses:ion of said Commission, due proof being
made of the publication of said Notice"as re~uired by law and as ordered by
said Resolution, and no objections having been made or filed to the final passage
and adoption of said Resolution and the levying of the assessment as therein
provided;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE
COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0]' BOZEM.AJ."\f, STATE OF I,iONTANA;
That said Commission Resolution No. 191 be, and the same is hereby I
finally passed and adopted and the special assessment of taxes to defray the cost
and expense of making the improvements as therein set forth, be, and the same are
hereby levied and assessed as therein provided.
Finally passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at
a regular session thereof, held on the 22nd day of August, A. D., 1930.

I in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper of general
circulation, printed

that due proof of said publication was made and filed in my office.
