Four Points Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application P14041 (Krueger/Johnson)   Davis Lane and Cattail Street, Ferguson Avenue and Kimberwicke Street  A Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat to allow the subdivision of 54.28 acres into one public park 2 lots for multi-household development and 2 lots with restricted development and subject to further subdivision review. Flooring Place Expansion Site Plan Application Z14268 (Davis/Johnson)   145 Simmental Way  A Site Plan Application for the proposed construction of a 5,400 sq. ft. addition to an existing warehouse with associated parking and related site improvements.    3. The Mendenhall Mixed Use Site Plan/COA/Variance Application Z14275 (Krueger/Johnson)   5 West Mendenhall Street   A Site Plan/COA/Variance Application for the proposed construction of a new, 5-story mixed use building with underground parking, related site improvements, and a Zoning Variance to allow reduced size parking spaces and circulation within the underground parking structure. The Villas Informal Application I14016 (Brekke/Johnson)   Manley Road, north of Turtle Way  An Informal Application for advice and direction for a proposed 38 townhouse lot subdivision development, and related site improvements.
