Box 1230 Page: 1 of 2 03/31/2011 04:51:51 PM Fee; $14.00 Charlotte Mills - Gallatin County, MT MISC Bozeman,MT 59771 111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111III3111111111111111 RELEASE OF CONDITIONS OF IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF BUILDING PERMIT RESTRICTIONS WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOZEMAN, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Montana, hereinafter called the "City" entered into an Improvements Agreement for the Norton East Ranch Subdivision, Phase 1 dated December 2, 2010; and WHEREAS, the City filed a Notice of Building Permit Restrictions on said subdivision, with said document being filed on February 11, 2011, as Document No. 2382595; and WHEREAS, NORTON PROPERTIES, LLC, hereinafter called "Subdivider" has complied with all terms and conditions of said Agreement; THEREFORE, the City hereby certifies that all terms and conditions of said Improvements Agreement and Notice of Building Permit Restrictions have been fully satisfied and as such Subdivider is hereby fully released from the terms and conditions of the above-described Agreement.
